As part of our on-going machinery investment programme we are please to announce the arrival of our new Flow Mach2 Waterjet Cutting machine.
This incredible machine is able to cut virtually any material with outstanding precision and detail, up to 3m X 2m in size. Material can truly be any thickness but tight tolerance can kept up to 4inches. For waterjet cutting, typical part tolerances range from between 0.003” and 0.005” of an inch. For materials over 1 inch thick the machines will produce parts from +/- 0.005 to 0.100 inch (0.12 to 2.5 mm)
The Flow Mach 2 Waterjet Machine will cut the following material
More than just common mild steel or aluminium, the abrasive waterjets easily cut titanium, Inconel®, Brass and Tool Steel.
Todays Composites come in many forms including Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastic (CFRP), Fibreglass, composite foams and plastics.
Whether your cutting thick granite, marble, slate, soapstone, engineered stone or ceramic tile for artistic work such as inlays, signs or medallions.
Cutting and piercing glass is not a problem with Flow waterjet technology. From cutting of intricate stained glass to piercing holes in glass to easily cutting ballistic glass, users from a variety of industries have discovered the versatility and cost-e ectiveness of cutting glass material with waterjet technology.
